As a property development and project management professional; Murray has more than 25 years experience in residential land subdivision development and construction. Having experience across all facets of the development process including site acquisition and government approvals, financing, consultation to all technical aspects of the construction process. His experience includes all dealings with engineers, surveyors and related disciplines and site supervision of the construction process with the civil, electrical and landscape contractors.
Whilst project manager for the $70,000,000 137 lot Ridgewood Downs Estate at Mt Cotton in the Redlands, Murray pioneered sustainable development practices in the early 1990s, which are now common place in the industry.
As the developer of the $350,000,000 560 lot Cotton Ridge and Silkwood Estates at Mount Cotton in Redland City, Murray drove the development towards a regenerated village and viable community hub with a profitable development return on the investment. The achievement took exhaustive community consultation processes and direct interaction between all stakeholders, including the local state and federal governments.
To add to his vast experience in the development process, Murray has recently become involved in large scale project marketing and sales processes. This has enabled him to provide full comprehensive advice through the whole development lifecycle from acquisition and feasibility through to exit and sales strategies.

Krista is a passionate property investor having purchased her first investment property back in 1999. Since then she has been involved in numerous property transactions across Australia as well as a 24 unit joint venture development in Penrith. Paul bought his first home at the age of 19 from the proceeds of his activities as a musician and entertainer whilst studying engineering at Sydney Uni. He left Australia at age 25 to go to Europe for a cultural excursion which lasted 18 years. In this time, he was involved in many activities. His last 10 years in Europe was spent working with some of Germany’s largest manufacturing companies in setting up manufacturing facilities in Poland after the Berlin Wall had fallen. His most prized piece of real estate was an old derelict heritage site he acquired which he painstakingly restored to its former glory over many years.
Returning to Australia and seeing his property jump in value from $60,000 to $900,000 sparked a passion for property investment. He has since been involved in helping Australian families create financial security through property investment. He has over 13 years’ experience in consulting directly to clients as well as managing teams of property investment consultants. Glen brings a wealth of experience and passion, with a solid knowledge of property investment and design of the built environment.
Beginning his career as a Carpenter and Joiner, Glen has a solid knowledge of the building and development process. Glen moved from carpentry and joinery and began working in property sales and property investment with a large ASX listed development company in 1987. He began the investment sales division of the company and continued it through to the late 90s, before beginning his own building and development company. Glen has also held a number of roles in property investment sales and management.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Marketing, Adrian began working in the financial planning industry. From there he followed his passion for property and began working in the property development and property investment industry. Whilst working for a number of large ASX listed development companies, Adrian gathered key information and skills in developing high yielding and capital growth orientated property investment portfolios. With diplomas in both financial planning and financial services, Adrian has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the property investment area.
Town-planning and development management consultant
Ben graduated with Honours in a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland and then practiced as a Town Planner in both the private and public sectors in Australia and overseas.
Since moving out of Town Planning Ben has been working as a Development Manager working on a variety of projects throughout South East Queensland. At present Ben manages over $60,000,000 of development projects. These projects range from housing projects, unit development, townhouses and subdivision sites.
Throughout his professional career Ben has worked on a variety of residential projects from single dwellings to a 2,500 lot master planned community and CBD residential high rises.
As Development Manager Ben is responsible for the entire development cycle including initial feasibility and acquisition, approvals, monitoring delivery and sales/marketing. There is a particular focus on controlling and monitoring project cash flows and feasibilities to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
